RP3150 series - Dome loaded high precision 1:1 pressure regulator

Following a process of continuous improvement and in order to answer to the increasingly market demands, Insert Deal developed the new model RP3150.
It is basically a piloted precise booster pressure reducer (versions with or without relieving) with pressure regulated in a 1:1 ratio, 0-8 bar output range (constant tolerance 200 millibar) and maximum inlet pressure 30 bar.
It is suitable for washing and sanitizing operations (CIP cycle): available as standard option.
This is an innovative solution, of high performance in terms of precision and of contained dimensions, made of stainless steel AISI 316L, MOCA certified (EC Regulation n.1935 / 2004), food industry.
RP3150 is applied in the highly automated beverage industry with remote control through a proportional valve.
In particular, it is suitable for isobaric filling machines for self-leveling function (injection N2 or CO2) with the option of washing with H2O (hot and cold), soda, peracetic acid.
